What are the most common side effects from laser surgery?

Laser has known for its constant success rate. However, side effects are still a possibility. The following are the most common side effects of laser surgery:

Dry eyes – usually experienced during the process of healing

Eye discomfort – experienced 24 hours after the surgery

Irregular astigmatism

Corneal glare or blaze

Under treated or over treated vision

Unable to put on contact lenses

Needing for corneal graft

Corneal flap loss

Scarring

Infection

Loss of vision

These are only some of the side effects. However, they can vary depending on the physical health of the patient.
